Avalon powered by Jacob AI ("Avalon") is a proprietary software platform developed and owned exclusively by Westside Data Inc.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Avalon, including but not limited to its source code, architecture, user interface, AI logic, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Westside Data Inc.

License Grant

Westside Data Inc. may grant organizations a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Avalon for internal business purposes, subject to the terms of a separate written agreement.

Permitted Use

• Internal data exploration and reporting
• Natural language to SQL query generation
• Analytics, dashboards, and decision support

Prohibited Use

Licensees may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Avalon
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code
• Clone or recreate Avalon’s functionality for commercial purposes
• Remove or obscure any ownership, trademark, or copyright notices

Data Ownership

Each organization using Avalon retains full ownership of its own data. Westside Data Inc. does not sell or share customer data. Avalon may collect usage analytics for system performance, reliability, and product improvement.
